Tofu Lasagna Roll Ups
Tofu goes Italian!
Ingredients

Instructions
Mix together tofu, mozzarella, garlic, egg, parsley flakes, and 1/3 cup
parmesan . Spread approximately 3 Tablespoons mixture on each lasagna
noodle and roll up. Spread ¾ cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of 8”
square baking dish. Arrange rollups in dish, flap side down and pour remaining
sauce over top. Cover dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Uncover
and sprinkle rollups with remaining parmesan cheese. Continue baking uncovered
for 10 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
